Desiccant rotor is the core component of dehumidifier, it is composed of special ceramic fiber carrier and adsorbent; Adsorption materials such as silica gel micro structure with chemical bond form solid and inorganic fiber crystallization together. The two sides of the rotor are divided into two areas by the special sealing device; Processing area and regeneration area; When moist air passes through processing area, the water vapor of moist air is adsorbed by the adsorbent of the rotor, dry air is delivered into workshop by processing fan. Meanwhile, the slowly rotating rotor with saturated water vapor turns into regeneration area; and high temperature air blowing reversely into regeneration area makes water vapor desorb from rotor and exhaust out. The desiccant rotor recovers the ability of adsorption and complete the regeneration, process. Rotor rotates continuously to create the dehumidification and regeneration in cycle, thereby ensuring sustainable dehumidification performance.
